Responsibilities:

Handles inbound calls in relation with bills and payments inquiry

Meets KPIs target and by adhering to the call flow and call handling process, troubleshooting and usage of support tool to provide quality customer service.

Escalates second-level concerns issues to the Team Leader to insure accurate and immediate solutions are provided to customers

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably 1-4 Yrs. Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Customer Service - General or equivalent.
