Short Description:

A sizable China based Company engaging in Oil & Gas Exploration & Exploitation business is now seeking for qualified candidates to join the company for the following post.

Description:

Chief Financial Officer (based in HK)

Responsibilities:

· Plan, direct and manage all finance and accounting functions/related activities internally and externally for the Group

· Provide strategic advice and support to senior executives & management in relation to business planning, expansion, budgeting & forecasting, taxation as well as corporate governance

· Lead the establishment and strengthening of financial control/management process & procedures

· Lead & direct the Group's IPO process, restructuring and M&A projects

· Analyze and identify further opportunity for investment or reinvestment projects/activities

Requirements

· Holder of a recognized professional qualification or equivalent in accounting

· Over 10 years solid accounting/finance control experience in a Hong Kong Listed Company with minimum last 5 years in leading IPO and M&A Projects (a must)

· Experience in natural resources industry specifically petroleum and gas is strongly preferred

· Past experience working in PRC with solid knowledge of PRC statutory accounting an advantage

· In-depth knowledge in IFRS, CAS and listing rules in HK and PRC
