Short Description:
Our client is a Hong Kong Listed Property Developer with diversified property portfolio in residential, commercial, industrial and hospitality. This new position is supporting their on-going expansion.
Responsibilities:
•Prepare tax computation, annual financial statements, sub-group consolidation packages and schedules, and management analysis
•Liaise with auditors and tax representatives on audit and tax issues
•Supervise subordinate to handle full set of management accounts and daily operation works independently
•Participate in enhancement of accounting systems and procedures
•Assist in preparing ad hoc reports and analysis
Requirements:
•Degree in Finance / Accounting; Member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent
•Minimum 4 years experience in CPA and HK listed companies preferably
•Good understanding of accounting standards
•Proactive, dedicated and a good team player
•Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
