Our Client a leading global bank is looking for Project Manager for their Regional finance team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the projects for Finance initiative project:

·         Study and understand user requirement

·         Carry out feasibility study and assess potential impact

·         Define objectives and schedule

·         Produce functional specification for IT’s development

·         On behalf of Finance to coordinate with IT and other user

·         Prepare test case, arrange UAT, implementation and post go-live support

·         Timely track the progress of projects and update Finance user regularly

Act as Finance’s coordinator for project managed by other teams

Provide support in case of incidence and enhancement reported from users regarding Petal Systems Maintenance, such as OMR, Plato, Rectool, AT2.

To understand the data and accounting flow from Front office / Back office and coordinate with IT and finance users for all kinds of finance or accounting related systems enhancement.

Support team head to monitor the budget and progress reporting

 

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 year experience in Finance control or project management in Banking industry

Strong accounting and financial products knowledge

Strong in PC skill such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Knowledge of tools like atlas 2, infoce-ntre will be preferred

Good communication skills and project management skills

Ability to work independently and can demonstrate problem solving skill

Immediately available candidates will be preferred
