Description:
Responsibilities:
- Carries out daily operational duties including handling service requests, technical support to telephone system, IT network and systems, data backup and recovery, IT equipment handling
- Carries out daily operational duties including handling service requests, technical support to telephone system, IT network and systems, data backup and recovery, IT equipment handling
- Provide technical help and support to end-users regarding the operation of application systems, computer hardware and network equipment;
- Involve design, installation, upgrade, configuration, troubleshooting for telephone systems, infrastructure and network facilities; and
- Provide technical help and support to end-users regarding the operation of application systems.
Requirements:
- Diploma (preferred in Computer Science) or above with 2 years of related work experience
- Holders of Alcatel Certified Engineer is preferable
- Possess working experience in fixing telephone system and telecom product
- Working experience in PABX and recorder product installation
- Knowledge in set up of switches and routers, VPN, TCP/IP networking will be an advantage
- Handle other IT related ad-hoc tasks when required
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Client focus with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
- Candidate with more experience may be considered as Supervisor.
