RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise a team to perform the recruitment and selection process and make hiring recommendations where appropriate
Liaise with line managers for identifying the hiring needs, job descriptions, selection criteria, and hiring budgets
Manage the talent acquisition process and all relevant recruitment administrative activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, etc.,
Leveraging industry networks, effective use of social media, job boards, etc.,
Build and further strengthen the relationship with designated universities through participating various events like job fair, career development programs, etc.,
Evaluate the application and effectiveness of different advertising media and recruitment channels
Provide advice and support to line managers on all staff related issues
Identify and execute possible activities and programs to enhance staff relations
Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
Minimum 3 years' all-round HR experiences gained from sizable companies, preferably from the retail industry
Supervisory experience preferred
Independent, excellent organization skills, self-motivated and dynamic personality
Good team player with strong people and negotiation skills
Fluent in spoken / written English and Chinese
