Client is a financial institution seeking candidates with cards Usage/co-brand experience to grow the fee income through effective business and marketing strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Plan and formulate effective business strategies and marketing plan to achieve both top line and bottom line business objectives

Drive and implement various marketing initiatives to grow fee in terms of card spending, and synergy driven from merchant relationships

Develop and work out financial model for each initiative to achieve cost and benefit efficiency

Grow the card profitability via effective budget and cost management

Analyze customer portfolio to identify high value customer groups via effective segmentation to tailor made various marketing programs to boost card spending and AR

Explore potential business opportunities to solicit good merchant benefits to build customer loyalty

Work closely with all internal departments to gain their support for smooth program launch

Lead and supervise the subordinates to ensure smooth program execution including professional marketing communications

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines

At least 10 years of experience in retail banking business with a minimum of five years in Managerial level

Knowledge in Credit Card is a must with product development and management skill

Excellent communication & interpersonal skill, analytical and good understanding of the customer segmentation, track record of effective marketing campaigns is an advantage
