Responsibilities:

 

·         Plan & Execute Marketing projects to achieve targets

·         Prepare Marketing materials

·         Maintain good relationship with customers & consignment sales points

·         Cross-sales services to customers and provide quality customer service through hotline and email

·         Follow-up with customers' enquiries & comments

·         Editor role for Company's e-newsletter

·         Administrator for Company's loyalty program

·         Assist in Company's ad hoc events

 

Requirements:

 

·         Reliable, Responsible, Willing to learn and a Fast-Learner

·         Able to work independently and meet deadlines

·         Creative ideas

·         Strong sense of responsibility

·         Basic PC Skills, including Words & Excel

·         Prior experience working with parents / kids is preferable
