Responsibilities:
-Supervises and coordinates activities of employees engaged in customer
service activities
- Plans, prepares, and devises work schedules
-Observes and evaluates employee's performance
-Issues instructions and assigns duties to employee
-Prepare training, educate and give instructions to employees
-Supervise quality-monitor employee's interactions with customers
-Communicates with other departments and management to resolve problems at work
-Consult employee in resolving problems and completing daily tasks
-Resolves complaints and answers questions of customers regarding
services and products
-Prepares daily, monthly reports
-Makes recommendations to management concerning employee and
improvement of procedures and quality of service

Description:
Requirements: |
-Male/Female |
-Bachelor’s Degree – Management or equivalent |
-Fluent in Chinese and English (Speaking, Listening, Writing) |
-At least 2-3 years experience in customer service / online gaming activities |
-Ability to encourage and motivate employees with responsible attitude |
towards their work |
-Excellent interpersonal skills |
-Good decision-making, communication and IT skills is an advantage |
