Required
Graduate of Accounting and or Financial Management, with above average GPA from reputable school. –
Preferred
CPA or CMA
Work Experience: - Required
Accounting experience of at least one (1+) year**
Good working knowledge of MS Office – especially MS Excel & Word
Above average typing skills
Worked previously in shifting schedule, night shift
Worked on month end, quarter close activities
Work Experience: - Preferred
With exposure to BPO
Must have worked in ERP environment
With relevant operations experience in a production-focused and SLA-driven environment, preferred but not required
Willing to travel, as needed
Good working knowledge of Accounting concepts, specifically Accounts Payable(AP)
Strong customer service orientation
Proficient in report writing, business correspondence
Ability to work independently,
prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
Strong problem solving and analytical skills, results-oriented
Excellent follow up, negotiation, and trouble-shooting skills
Good relationship-building skills and should be a Team Player
