major-latin"> 1-3 years IT support experience on a corporate Service Desk, either as Customer Service or as an IT Service Desk Analyst is an advantage.

major-latin"> Speed, accuracy, proficiency and professional attitude in responding to user on inquiries and requests via telephone, email, case tracking system.

major-latin"> Demonstrated knowledge of PC/Laptop hardware components and basic troubleshooting, Windows networking, LAN/WAN, DNS, TCP/IP, Active Directory system administration tasks, and mobile devices. Familiarity with resolving remote connectivity issues.

major-latin"> Proficiency in Microsoft products and operating system, certifications preferred but not required.
