Responsibilities:
• Manage and Lead the Marketing Team to perform all rounded Marketing Functions in PRC
Design and Implement Group Level marketing initiatives/plans in alignment with corporate strategies
Negotiate and cooperate with business partners to develop consumer promotion calendar such as selection of advertising media and, new product launch, etc.
• Monitor the marketing and promotion planning process, and control A&P expenses and ensure effective and efficient use
