Our client, a leading sizable company is seeking high caliber candidates to join their expanding team in Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

For customer service, Providing excellent customer service to customers by phone and handling customer's enquiries and complains 透過電話解答客戶有關查詢及投訴處理 (Day/ Night Shift)

For Promoter, Providing excellent customer service to the walk-in customers, product demostration and achieve sales target as assigned 在大型連鎖店推廣高級小型家庭用品 / 家居美容用品及作產品示範, 並且解答客戶有關產品查詢 (Day Shift only)

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above


• 1 year relevant working experience


• Good in English, Cantonese and Putonghua


• Fresh graduates with working experience will be considered


• Immediate available is highly preferable
