Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle telephone enquiries and provide professional advice and services on administrative issues
Provide services to customers/agents with service benchmark
Resolve complaint cases to customers’ satisfaction while maintaining company reputation
Report heightened complaints and potential crisis to supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry
Sound knowledge on Life Insurance products
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Good telephone manner and communication skills
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer/Assistant Manager
