<!--[if gte mso 9]><xml> Our Client is looking for a motivated individual who is able to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company. The successful candidate will be acting as a Finance Operations manager to all countries.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with management from all countries to ensure accurate reporting is conducted in a transparent matter
- Manage a small team to effectively to reconcile all countries
- Manage and review balance sheets such as account receivables/payable, accruals etc.
- Consolidate all payments to a monthly basis instead of as needed basis
- Conduct time/deposits in a manner that is least costly to the company
- Implement policies and procedures to reduce the risk of loss
Requirements
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or Business with recognized accounting qualification preferred
- Minimum 4 - 8 years relevant experience in a managerial role
- Strong business analytical skills with the ability to provide consultative recommendations
- Strong attention to details with presentation skill
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English & Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage
- Previous experience in SME’S is a must
- Previous HR or Administration experience is a benefit
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
