2. Knowledge in Microsoft Windows, Linux and SQL
3. 2 years of experience in software support

Responsibilities:

•To provide application support to company's Hong Kong banking customers

•To perform the roles and responsibilities of Customer Service effectively and efficiently

•To provide on-site support services for our own banking software

•To help recreate and diagnose application issues

•To ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of high quality services to fulfill the required service levels

•To provide software / system support and maintenance services

    

Requirement:

•Knowledge in Microsoft Windows, Linux and SQL

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•Proficiency in both written and spoken English

•Direct customer support experience is essential

•Willing to work occasionally outside of office hours when necessary

•2 years of solid working experience in Support

•Immediate availability is preferred
