Responsibilities:

·  Assist clients/ customers with their inquiries

·  Provide full customer satisfaction and top quality service. 

·  Coordinates well with co-employees, Superiors and other departments.

·  Provides answers and solutions to the customers in a professional manner

·  Meet priorities set within the department and any SLA provided.

·  Intermediate written and verbal Bahasa Indo and malay communication skills are required

Qualifications:

·  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.

·  Applicants must be willing to work in Alabang,Muntinlupa City.

·  Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.

·  Full-Time positions available.

·  Written and verbal Bahasa Indo  communication skills are required.
