CHINA SALES ASSISTANT (INVESTMENT IMMIGRATION AND OVERSEAS PROPERTY SERVICES) x2, Eastside Properties (HK) Limited

Job Description:

 

• Working with the sales management team to achieve sales target and profit goals through well planned sales activities.

• Help identify and establish good relationship with clients and strategic alliances throughout China.

• Assist to prepare and conduct sales presentations to new clients to solicit new sales.

• Provide regular communication with existing and new clients through different sales channels.

• Help build and maintain active and strong market presence in China investment immigration market.

 

Requirements:

 

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing or Real Estate/Property.

• Minimum 1 - 5 years proven sales experience in investment immigration services sales and distribution in China.

• Work with our sales team to develop sales in China.

• Knowledge of global business investment programs helpful.

• Excellent communication skills to create and deliver sales performance.

• Help establish strategic alliances in sales channels in China.

 

Salary commensurate with the right candidate’s relevant work experience and past achievements, with double pay and performance bonus.
