RESPONSIBILITIES
Relationship management with staff members of “Responsible Banking Areas” to ascertain their needs and recommend effective human resources programs
Partnership with line/function management in resolving human resources issues
Recruitment, developmental and career management issues and employee relations
Ensure quality services in the most professional and effective manner
Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including policy development, employee relationship, recruitment and performance management
Support the management in achieve its mission and goals by the development of HR strategy
Be able to bridge the communications of staff and management
Maintain and provide the appropriate HR reports and analysis so as to be provided a good base for management's review and decision making
Employee engagement for HR transformation projects
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of all aspects of human resources and the Group’s corporate standards and procedures
General practice, theory, concepts and relevant regulations of financial institutions
Customer-oriented, possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Possess good organisational and presentation skills
University degree with more than 5 years working experience in HR, preferably in banking environment
Proven experience in a HR business partnering role
Able to interact effectively with senior leadership team
Demonstrated ability to manage/implement HR initiatives at local and regional level
Analytical, innovative and meticulous
