RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in preparing regional reports for HR Management. Need to gather data, crosscheck and prepare reports
Prepare and update different HR reports, including headcounts and movements, ensure all HR data/input in different HR tools are consistent
Support Project Management Office/HR COO on all projects, prepare PowerPoint presentations and statistical analysis
Assist Regional Head of HR on ad-hoc basis
REQUIREMENTS
Strong analytical skills
Reliable and sensitive to figures, attention to details
Strong team player
Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel (basic macro, V-lookup, pivot tables, etc.) and PowerPoint
Strong sense of confidentiality and ethics
Experience in working multinational environment would be an advantage
Pleasant and able to work under pressure
1 year of working experience
