Our client, a leading sizable company is seeking high caliber candidates to join their expanding team in Hong Kong
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complains and enquiries by phone or written mail
- Follow through the shipment status tracing and investigate the complain cases
- Maintain a good relationship with customer and provide professional customer care service
Requirements:
- F.5 (passed in HKCEE including Chinese and English) or above
- 3 years working experience in customer service, espically in call centre environment
- Good command of spoken and written in Cantonese and English
- Customer oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- Mature, able to work under pressure and pleasant
- Good PC skill including MS office and Typing
**Candidates with less experience will be considered as a Customer Service Representative **
